• Alyssa: The romance sizzles and the undercurrent of faith is everything I love about Jody Hedlund’s writing. In this one, I especially liked Jericho’s search for the war criminal, which becomes a bit of a whodunit mystery, a treasure hunt, and disaster movie all rolled into one. 
• Margaret: Hedlund does an excellent job in dragging out the tension, the attraction, the frustrations – making you wonder if the two will ever face up to the attraction and admit they love each other.
